Prayers and Condolences to the family, Larry was a Good Friend to me. See You in Heaven my Friend!
Prayers and thoughts go out to family and long time life partner Joann Barrett. May you all find peace in his passing to a place of happiness.
I learned I lost an old friend today, which made me reminisce about days gone by. Fond memories of Larry I would like to share.
I remember back to when he worked at House of Mufflers in the 70’s
Doing remodeling work at the house on 15th & Z
The motorcycle days and his 3 wheeler
Having drinks and hanging out at Sam’s, Ted’s & Old Settlers
Building a deck and shed off his trailer on the Missouri river
Getting together at the Eagles and VFW
Taking down carport at Hayworth Park
Raising that damn flag pole
Clearing my lots at the Platte river
Stopping at shop after work, swapping stories of this and that and what not
Hay-rack ride, camping, boating
Fixing numerous cars, trucks and a boat for me
Him being at my Mom’s funeral, Daughter’s wedding or just hanging out talking about life
Last but not least his love of parades and John Deere tractors
I will miss my old friend, rest in peace
My heart felt condolences to Larry’s family and long time companion Joann

Family and friends you have my deepest sympathy. This is a difficult time for most. There are basic things that can help anyone get through the pain no matter what age, gender or religious beliefs. Many have been helped with the twelve basics or just a few. You can go to jw.org and get the basics with no cost ever. See the article “Help for those who grieve “ in the magazine section. Anyone can get help and comfort.
