From Amy: I will miss Miss Bev talking with me about animals. I learned so much from her! I’m glad she came over and played ball with me on Friday so I got to talk with her one last time.
From Emma: She and King were the honorary grandparents of Quail Creek. I will miss her terribly.
From us: Please know how very much we loved and respected Bev. She was the heart of our neighborhood! A true fighter for people, animals, and the environment. Her legacy will live on. We’ll be praying for all of you in this difficult time.

As a former member of the “Brandeis” family, I had the pleasure of knowing Bev and visiting with her whenever work brought me down to the Southroads store. She was an exceptional woman and employee, always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone she met. Bev was truly, “the spirit of Brandeis,” and will be missed by all who knew her. My deepest condolences to her family.
