Albrecht, Jr., Leon F. “Whitey” Major USAF (Ret.) August 24, 1934 – January 29, 2015 Air Weather Service. Preceded in death by grandson Alex. Survived by wife, Joan; children, Leon F. “Butch” III, (Linda), Omaha, Ken (Mary), Bellevue; sister, Mary Jane Allen, Rome, N.Y.; 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. FUNERAL SERVICE: 11am, Monday, February 2, 2015 at Bellevue Memorial Chapel with VISITATION one hour prior to service. Interment: St. John’s Cemetery with full military honors by Offutt AFB Honor Guard. A reception will be held at Platteview Country Club Monday following interment after 1pm. Memorials to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.
