Survived by husband David; sons Mark (Molly) Pacheco, Matt; grandson Noah; mother Kathryn A. Higby; 4 siblings Richard Higby (Ronda), Teri Jelinski (Randy), Brent Higby, Brenda Madden (Fran).
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 11 a.m., Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Bellevue Christian Center, 1400 Harvell Drive, Bellevue.

My sincerest condolences to David, Mark, Mollie, Matt, Kobe, and Gizmo. I will miss Deb very much. She did so much for everyone and I don’t know anyone else who could fill her shoes. She was the most unselfish person doing for others and not wanting anything in return. May God help you through your grief.
