Sr., siblings David, Ronnie, Connie, Anita all of Muskogee, OK; grandchildren Anthony, Mary, Corey, Sean. Funeral service Saturday, May 16, 10:00 am – Capehart Chapel, 25th and Capehart Rd., Bellevue. Interment private. Visitation Friday May 15, 6-8:00 pm,at Bellevue Memorial Chapel
