Survived by daughter Molly Stacey, Bellevue; brother Donald Adams, Plano, TX; grandchildren, Courtney Stacey and Austin Stacey, both of Bellevue. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Monday, June 20, 1pm at Bellevue Memorial Chapel. Interment: Rosehill Cemetery in Shenandoah, IA. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation .
